Tim Turose
Tim Turose serves as the main teacher for A Winning Start. As a consultant specializing in new business start-ups, he is a highly sought-after resource in western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. During the past 25 years, he has helped hundreds of individuals work through the "nuts and bolts" of starting and operating new business ventures. Because of his expertise, Tim was hired by both federal and state governments to provide training for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Other areas of Tim's expertise lie in the area of business taxes and legal entities, including choosing the right structure for your business.
Tim possesses hands-on, down-to-earth advice not found in many contemporary business start-up guides. The tapes and workbook contained in A Winning Start are based on his real life experience that has proven successful over the years with his own clients. It is his desire that this course not only teach you the necessary information to start a new business, but how to apply it effectively in order to survive the critical years of a new venture. For this reason, Tim's teaching is very practical and contains examples from his experience as a seasoned consultant.
John Weisman
Your second instructor for A Winning Start is John Weisman. On the tapes, John asks probing questions much like an interviewer, in order to draw out Tim's expertise. In addition to his involvement with A Winning Start, John started and managed his own graphic design and marketing communications company. Prior to starting his own business, John worked for a large advertising firm, as well as several small businesses. He represents many in today's economy who are creating jobs for themselves by making the transition from employee to self-employed.
Ed Turose
For over 28 years, Ed Turose has been a strategic planner and manager for two of the most prestigious Fortune 500 Companies, the Coca-Cola Company and UniLever, the largest consumer packaged Goods Company in the world. Since 1995, Ed is the President of Victory Corporate Consulting, a full service on-site consulting, training and resource company focused on taking your business or organization to a higher level by increasing productivity, growing profitability and gaining efficiencies. He has authored a book and CD series called “Business Keys to Succeed” based on his business experience. He is an expert in strategic planning, executive leadership and team building training, sales and marketing strategies, hiring, and creating new ideas in innovation, concepts, execution and solutions within your business.
